C.W.A. Local 9421: Our Structure, Our Leadership, Our Committees, Our Stewards.
 
Our basic structure is best represented by the three sides of the C.W.A. Triangle; Representation, Organizing and Community/ Political Action. Whether it be collective bargaining or grievance processing, providing representation to our members is the base of our triangle. Although, the two other sides are equally important to our success. By devoting additional time and money in organizing, we are successfully strengthening and growing our union. And finally by endorsing candidates and legislation which benefit working families, and remaining actively involved in our community, we have built relationships beyond the labor movement to help us when the need arises. These three sides of the C.W.A. Triangle have proven to be a recipe for success in our local and C.W.A. throughout the nation
